The aurora made an appearance last night. Thanks to a post by Adirondack photographer Carl Heilman, I got to the Route 9P bridge over Fish Creek in Saratoga in time to see this. As cool as it was to photograph, it was barely visible to the naked eye, especially with the light pollution.
